Iris Harverk Mushroom Brush

Instead of risking the loss of flavor of fresh mushrooms by rinsing them in water, brush the dirt and soil off with this handy brush. Effectively remove dirt and debris without damaging the fungus. This brush also works great as a bread baking brush for small molds or detailed patterns. It's round shape makes it especially convenient!

CARE & USE
Cared for properly, these brushes will age beautifully. Clean with soap and warm water. Hang them or stand them on the bristles to dry to keep the wood from splitting. Every so often (depending on frequency of use), wipe down the wood with a fortified food grade mineral oil.
