This handmade pastry brush is made of long lasting birch and horse hair by visually impaired craftsmen from the Iris Hantverk collective. Perfect for glazing pastries and dough.

CARE & USE
Cared for properly, these brushes will age beautifully. Clean with soap and warm water. Hang them or stand them on the bristles to dry to keep the wood from splitting. Every so often (depending on frequency of use), wipe down the wood with a fortified food grade mineral oil.
