Iris Hantverk Birch Dough Scraper

This lightweight dough scraper is made of birch and stainless steel, by visually impaired craftsmen from the Iris Hantverk collective. Use it to shape and divide dough as well as scoop up dough and flour on any working surface. Can also be used to scrape stubborn food off cutting boards and keep them dry.

CARE & USE
Cared for properly, these scrapers will age beautifully. Clean with soap and warm water. Hang them or stand them up on the steel portion to dry to keep the wood from splitting. Every so often (depending on frequency of use), wipe down the wood with a fortified food grade mineral oil.
