Enamelware is porcelain fused onto heavy-gauge steel, giving it many admirable qualities - durability, smoothness and chemical-resistance. It can assume brilliant, long-lasting colors, and is burn resistant.

Dishwasher, stove top, and oven safe. Not microwave safe. If you drop it, it may chip but it won’t break. In our opinion chips add character. Dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 530F / 270C.Do not allow to soak in a sink full of water overnight as repeated, prolonged exposure may cause water seepage through cracks and rusting overtime.
