Dishwasher, stove top, and oven safe. Not microwave safe. If you drop it, it may chip but it won’t break. In our opinion chips add character. Dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 530F / 270C, it can also be used on gas and electric hobs. Do not allow to soak in a sink full of water over night as repeated, prolonged exposure may cause water seepage through cracks and rusting overtime.
